01 Age Restriction & Eligibility

GameBadi is not intended for users under 18. Our app is a dating and friendship platform for adults only.

• We require users to confirm they are at least 18 years of age at registration.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
• If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate the account and delete the associated data.

02 Zero Tolerance Policy

We do not permit any content or behavior that exploits or endangers minors.

• Any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
• Users found engaging in such behavior will have their accounts immediately terminated.
• We will report violations to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
• We preserve evidence and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

03 In-App Reporting

Users can report concerns related to child safety or other policy violations from within the GameBadi app.

• Reports are reviewed promptly by our safety team.
• We provide clear in-app flows for reporting inappropriate content or behavior.
• Users can block and report other users directly from their profiles or conversations.
• All reports are treated with the utmost seriousness and confidentiality.

04 Compliance & Reporting to Authorities

We comply with all applicable laws regarding child safety, including:

• Laws requiring reporting of CSAM and related offenses to law enforcement and designated authorities.
• Cooperation with lawful requests from authorities.
• Preservation and provision of information as required by law.
• Compliance with international standards for child protection.

• Age verification at registration.
