01 Our Community

GameBadi is a gaming dating and social platform for adults 18 and over. Our mission is to connect people who share a love of gaming — so you can find your perfect player two.

To keep this space fun, safe, and welcoming for everyone, all users must follow these Community Guidelines alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By using GameBadi, you agree to uphold these standards. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban.

02 Be Authentic

Honest profiles are the foundation of genuine connections. GameBadi is built on real people, real games, and real conversations.

• Use your real identity. Don't impersonate another person, celebrity, or fictional character.
• Post genuine photos. Your profile photo must clearly show your face. No avatars, game characters, or stock images as your main photo.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to evade a ban or misrepresent yourself is not allowed.
• No catfishing. Deliberately misleading others about your identity, appearance, age, location, or intentions is a serious violation.
• Accurate gaming info. Don't misrepresent your skill level, rank, or gaming history to attract matches.

03 Be Respectful

Disagreements happen — but personal attacks, discrimination, and harassment have no place here. Every user deserves to feel safe and respected.

04 Stay Safe

Your safety is our top priority. Please take the following precautions and report anything that feels wrong.

• Never share sensitive personal information such as your home address, financial details, passwords, or government ID with other users.
• Be cautious about meeting in person. Always meet for the first time in a public place and let someone you trust know your plans.
• Don't send money to other users. Anyone who asks for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or financial help is likely running a scam — report them immediately.
• Keep conversations on the platform. Be careful if someone pushes you to move off GameBadi to another platform very quickly.
• Trust your instincts. If something feels off, use the Report or Block tools without hesitation. You can always reach out to our support team.

05 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly not allowed anywhere on GameBadi — profiles, photos, bios, messages, usernames, or any other user-generated content.

• Nudity and sexual content — explicit sexual images or text in public profile areas. Consensual adult communication between matched users in private messages must stay within legal limits.
• Violence and gore — graphic depictions of violence, real-world harm, or content that glorifies injury or death.
• Spam and commercial solicitation — sending unsolicited promotional messages, advertising products or services, or redirecting users to external platforms for commercial gain.
• Scams and fraud — phishing links, fake giveaways, pyramid schemes, or any deceptive content designed to extract money or personal information.
• Malware and harmful links — links or files designed to harm devices or steal data.
• Drugs and illegal activity — content promoting, selling, or facilitating illegal substances or activities.
• Content involving minors — see Section 06 below. Zero tolerance.
• Self-harm promotion — content that encourages, glorifies, or instructs on self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• Misinformation — deliberately false content intended to mislead, harm, or manipulate other users.

06 Minors & Child Safety

• Users found sharing, soliciting, or distributing CSAM will be immediately and permanently banned and reported to law enforcement and the relevant national authorities (e.g. NCMEC in the US).
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to verify age and to remove any account we believe belongs to a minor.
• Do not use GameBadi to contact or attempt to contact anyone under 18.

07 How to Report & Block

We rely on our community to help keep GameBadi safe. Reporting is anonymous — the reported user will never know you made a report.

All reports are reviewed by our team. We take action on every valid report, which may include a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity. For urgent safety issues, please also contact your local emergency services.

08 Enforcement

We enforce these guidelines consistently and fairly. The action we take depends on the nature and severity of the violation, as well as the user's history on the platform.

We also remove content that violates these guidelines even if no report has been made, when we become aware of it through proactive review or automated detection.

09 Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended or content was removed in error, you have the right to appeal.

• Email gamebadiapp@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Appeal".
• Include your registered email address, a brief explanation of what happened, and any context you'd like us to consider.
• We will review your appeal and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
• Note that permanent bans for CSAM and severe safety violations are not subject to appeal.
